Rear Admiral Godwill Siempre Aye Ombo
(Rtd) GSS, PSC (+), FWC, MSc, FCIS, PhD, OON
Rear Admiral Godwill Ombo (Rtd) was born on the 6th of October 1952 in Awomanma (Imo State), R/Adm GSA Ombo (Rtd) grew up in Lagos but hails from Nembe LGA of Bayelsa State, he is a Christian and is married with 5 children.
He was admitted into the Nigerian Military School, Zaria from 1968 to 1972 (Enugu House) and thereafter joined the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) as a member of Regular Course 14, in July 1973. On completion of his naval cadet training in NDA, he proceeded to the Britannia Royal Naval College – Dartmouth UK, for his Midshipman and S/Lt courses. He further went to INS Venduruthy – Cochin India to specialise as a Naval Communications Officer. In the course of his career, he attended the Command & Staff College (CSC) – Jaji and a Comparative Staff Course in Ecole Superieur de Guere Internationale (ESGI) – Paris France, National War College (now National Defence College) – Abuja and the University of Ibadan all with good results.
He holds a PhD (honoris causa) on Leadership, an MSc in Defence and Strategic Studies and a Command at Sea medal of the Nigerian Navy in the wake of his exploits at sea in various warships both home and abroad. He is a National Honour Awardee – OON, a maritime professional, an officer and a gentleman and a sailor of great repute, with varying administrative and educational background and management experiences of more than 40 years. He retired meritoriously from active service after 32 years as a commissioned naval officer in December 2008 and brought his experiences to bear in the maritime industry.
Rear Admiral GSA Ombo (Rtd) is a seasoned, naval operations officer, administrator, instructor, human resources guru and specialist navigation and communications officer blossoming from several appointments and responsibilities afloat and ashore which includes: Commanding Officer NNS SIRI (ECOMOG Duties – Liberia) and Executive Officer (XO) NNS OKEMINI (now NNS PATHFINDER) and NNS ARADU, Director of Studies Nigerian Naval College ONURA, Directing Staff and Chief Instructor at the CSC, Director of Operations Naval Headquarters, Commanding Officer NNS ANANSA (now VICTORY) – Calabar. As XO NNS OKEMENI and CO ANANSA he was a member of both the Rivers and Cross Rivers States Executive Councils. He was also the Chief of Policy & Plans Naval Headquarters, Flag Officer Commanding Naval Training command and finally Chief of Administration` Defence Headquarters.
Passionate about maritime security and committed to establishing sound legacies in our maritime industry, he soon after retirement set up a growing maritime consultancy outfit and has remained a voice on maritime issues, particularly maritime security, in Nigerian waters and beyond our shores. He played key roles in such maritime forums as: Sea Power for Africa Symposium 2006 – Abuja (Principal Coordinator), Sea Power for Africa Symposium 2009 – Cape Town, South Africa, Nigerian Maritime Exposition (NIMAREX 2011) – Lagos, All Mariners Summit 2011 – Badagry, African Ship Owners Association Summit 2012 – Accra, Ghana, South African Maritime Industry Conference 2012 – Cape Town, and several Nigerian
Chamber of Shipping Conferences/Workshops in Lagos and several other maritime fora.
He is the Conference Program Director of the African Shipowners Association and planned and directed its recent Lomé 2016 (12th – 14th October) African Maritime Conference in which its resolution was the central thrust of the AU Chairperson’s address at the 15th October 2016 AU Heads of States Summit. In line with his zeal to establish legacies in the maritime industry, he partnered with Brodarski Institute (BI) of Croatia, to undertake the feasibility studies for the establishment of a ship building and repairs yard in Akwa Ibom and he is pursuing jointly with BI, the establishment of a maritime research institute with an OPITO approved maritime training center in Bayelsa and Lagos States.
He is a foundation member of the Strictly Maritime Professional Body – Society of Nigerian Mariners (SNM) – and currently it’s Assistant General Secretary, a member of the Nigerian Association of Master Mariners, the Chairman of the Academic Advisory Board of the Certified Institute of Shipping, a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Shipping and he is currently on the vanguard of the Maritime Security Agency Bill and is the immediate past National President of the Nigerian Military School Exboys Association (NMS ExBA).
He is fluent in several languages – English, French, Ijaw, Yoruba, and Hausa and his hobbies include – Sailing, Golf, Taekwondo, Soccer, Badminton, Reading, Writing, Driving and Research on maritime issues.
Dr Ezekiel Isidahomen
(MSc) FCP, FIMC, MNIM, CMC, MMCN, MALPSAN
Dr Ezekiel Isidahomen, (MSc) FCP, FIMC, MNIM, CMC, MMCN, MALPSAN – Managing Director/CEO Ezekiel Isidahomen holds the Master of Science Degree (Msc 1991) in Industrial Psychology. He bagged his Bachelor and Master degree from the University of Ibadan.
He is an erudite, young, energetic and workaholic professional. He worked many years with Trans-World Security as Head of Training and Acting Registrar School of Security and Management a subsidiary of Trans-World Security. He was also one time Head of Operations (HOP) of International Masters Security Systems and later joined Adaptive Guard Limited (Security and Safety Service) as General Manager. Ezekiel also worked many years in the capacity of Managing Director with Queess Guard Security Systems Limited before joining THEMS SECURITY SYSTEMS LIMITED as Managing Director. He is a highly Experienced Security and Safety Professional who has put in a large percentage of his working life in the industrial security profession. He has attended many Lectures, Seminars and Symposia on Security Management and Related Matters.
He was also the Programme Coordinator of an Affiliation Agreement between Queens Schools of Security and Management Studies Lagos and Warnborough College, Ireland and West Coast University, Panama Central-America, Queens School offers courses in Security and Safety Management of both Institutions from Diploma to Master Degree Level. He is married with children.
Dr Ezekiel Isidahomen, MD/CEO, THEMS SECURITY SYSTEMS LIMITED recently bagged Honourary Doctorate Degree in Leadership and Diplomacy of the Institute of Leadership Manpower and Management Development. He was conferred with Distinguished Fellow of the Institute with a
Lifetime Achievement Award. He was also honoured as a Patron of the Institute.
Rapheal Karimu Rasaki Adeniji
MNIISS, UMM (ACP)
Mr. Karimu Rasaki Adeniji Mniiss, UMM (ACP) (Rtd) was born to Mr. & Mrs. Rasaki Adeniji of Abeokuta, Ogun State. He had his primary education at African Church Cathedral School Lagos and Secondary School at Raphel Result College Lagos. He also attended the National Institute of
Mr Rasaki joined the Nigeria police force in 1979 and retired after thirty-five (35) years of meritorious service. During his service, he attended various courses within and outside Nigeria and retired as Assistant Commissioner of Police.

Magdalene holds Bachelor Degree in Political Science from the University of Ibadan. She worked briefly with Nigerian-Russian Chamber of Commerce before joining the services of Queess Guards Security Systems Limited as Admin Manager. She has attended many Lectures, Seminars and Symposia on Security Management. She is a member of many professional bodies. She is married with children.
Head of Investigation

Mr. Raymond holds the Bachelor Degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Forensic Science and Criminology from the PANJAB University Chandigarh, India. He has more than Twenty (20) years experience in both Public and Private Sector. In 1992, he joined Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST) as Senior Investigation Officer and retired in 1997. On retirement, he joined Trans-World Security as Head of Investigation Department from 1998 – 2002. In 2002, Mr. Raymond joined the services of SAPID Holding Limited as Security Manager where he worked till 2005. He is presently the Head of Investigations Department of Thems Security Systems Limited. He is married with children.
Ishaya Yakubu Joseph
Head of Operation
Ishaya Yakubu was born in 15th July 1964, he enrolled in Army Children School in 1971 – 1977, he attended Government Secondary School Malumfashi, Katsina State in 1977 – 1982. He joined the Nigeria Police Force at Police College in Kaduna 1982, after his Six (6) Months, he was posted to Niger State Police Command where he served in 1990, during these period, he rose from the rank of a Police Constable to sergeant, he serve in various capacity from 1983–1987, he worked with State Directorate of Investigation and Intelligent from 1987–1990. He was transferred to “B” Ops where he served. In 2006, he joined the services of Queess Guard Security Systems Limited as a Security Supervisor. He is presently in the services of Thems Security Systems Limited as Head of Operations until date. Mr. Ishaya Yakubu Joseph is happily married with children.
